  • Yes. All Students are required to complete a Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) assessment as part of the pre-training review process prior to final enrolment.

  • Students residing in Australia and undertaking a nationally recognised qualification must have a valid Unique Student Identifier (USI). A USI is required before a qualification or statement of attainment can be issued.

Students residing outside Australia are not required to obtain a USI. However, if a student later resides in Australia and requires formal issuance within Australia, a USI may be required at that time.

  • CTDI offers a progressive payment structure. Students are not required to pay the full course fee upfront. Students pay on a unit-by-unit basis prior to commencing each unit.

  • There are two possible reasons:

    1. You have not yet been marked Competent (C).
If your result shows Not Yet Competent (NYC), the next unit will not be released until competency has been achieved.

    2. You have not yet paid for the next unit.
Access to each unit is released after payment for that unit has been received.

If you have been marked Competent (C) and have made payment for the next unit, please allow up to 48 hours for access to be activated.

If 48 hours have passed and the unit is still not visible, please contact the CTDI Administration Team for assistance.

  • CTDI courses are delivered on a self-paced basis, allowing students to progress through units at their own speed.

However, all units must be completed within 52 weeks from the official commencement date, unless an approved extension has been granted in accordance with CTDI policy.

Students are expected to maintain consistent progression to ensure completion within the permitted timeframe.
