What is the Diploma of Artificial Intelligence?
The Diploma of Artificial Intelligence (11287NAT) is a nationally recognised, AQF Level 5 qualification that you study 100% online with CTDI. Across 8 units you learn prompt engineering, AI content creation, data analysis and forecasting, AI for business operations and customer experience, and AI ethics. It is self-paced, open to anyone aged 16 or over, and can count towards up to 1.5 years of credit at a university through CTDI’s partner pathways.*

Your diploma can count as credit towards a bachelor’s degree. Our partner pathways in 9 countries offer up to 1.5 years of credit, so you can arrive prepared, finish sooner and save time and money.
*Up to 1.5 years of credit through partner pathways. Credit at any university is decided by that university. Eligibility and conditions apply.
Entry requirements.
Simple to start. Here is what you need.
- Age 16+No upper age limit.
- Year 10Completed. A pass is enough.
- Laptop or tabletWith reliable internet.
- Photo IDShowing your full legal name, date of birth and photo.
100 point ID
Provide ID that adds up to 100 points, including your Australian passport.
Unique Student Identifier (USI)
You need a USI. No USI yet? You can still apply and study. We just can’t issue your certificate until you have one.
Passport or government ID
Provide your passport and/or a government-issued ID. You don’t need a USI.
English language
You don’t need IELTS or PTE if your highest qualification was taught in English, or you studied English as a subject.
Have an IELTS, PTE or similar result?
