How the Enrolment Process Works?

Getting started with CTDI is straightforward — and faster than you might expect.

Step 1 — Complete your application Fill in the online enrolment form below with your full legal details and upload your required documents in a clear, legible format. All documents must be in English. If you are based in Australia, make sure your Unique Student Identifier (USI) is included. Double-check everything before submitting — accuracy speeds up the process.

Step 2 — Receive your offer letter Once submitted, our admissions team will review your application. If anything needs clarification, we'll be in touch promptly. If everything is in order, we'll issue you a formal offer letter. We aim to turn applications around within 24 business hours.

Step 3 — Accept your offer and begin studying No payment is required at the application stage. You only pay once you've accepted your offer. At that point, a one-off enrolment fee of $100 is due, along with the fee for Unit 1 of your chosen course — whether that's our Diploma of Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Diploma of Digital Marketing, or Certificate IV in Environmentally Sustainable Management. We recommend paying for two units upfront so you can move through your self-paced online qualification without interruption.

  • The enrolment process at CTDI is straightforward and fast. Once you submit your completed application form with all required documents, our admissions team aims to review it and issue a formal offer letter within 24 business hours. After accepting your offer and completing your first payment, you can begin studying immediately

  • Yes — if you are based in Australia, a Unique Student Identifier (USI) is required to enrol in any nationally recognised qualification. Your USI is free to create and takes just a few minutes at usi.gov.au. If you are an international student studying from outside Australia, a USI is not required.

  • Yes. CTDI's qualifications are delivered 100% online, which means you can study from anywhere in the world. Our courses in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Marketing, and Environmentally Sustainable Management are self-paced, so you study on your own schedule regardless of your time zone. Please note that a USI is only required for students based in Australia.

  • There is no payment required at the application stage. Once you receive and accept your offer letter, a one-off enrolment fee of $100 is due, along with the fee for Unit 1 of your chosen course. Full course pricing is available on each course page.

  • All CTDI qualifications are self-paced, with a maximum completion time of 52 weeks. Many students complete their course sooner depending on how much time they dedicate each week. There are no fixed class times or deadlines — you study when it suits your life.

  • You will need to provide a copy of a valid photo ID (such as a passport or driver's licence) and any relevant prior qualifications or work experience documentation if applicable. All documents must be in English or accompanied by a certified translation. If you are based in Australia, your USI must also be included in your application.
